It’s really safe for everyone.. People most commonly seek Reiki to help them prepare for or recover from surgery, manage stress and anxiety, cope with the loss of a loved one, or as an adjunct to professional medical care, such as cancer treatment, Some people seek Reiki for supportive touch when they feel alone in dealing with troubling situations. Reiki may be especially helpful if you haven’t seen results from other treatments or solutions.
Keep in mind, Reiki is not a substitute for medical treatment.

Every session is unique, but here's how they typically flow...
First, we’ll get to know a little about each other and what you’re looking for out of the experience. Then, fully clothed, you’ll get comfortable on the Reiki (also known as a massage) table. I’ll be playing soft music and may even light some incense. Using a short guided meditation, I will lead you into a relaxed state, and then the Reiki will begin flowing. For the next hour or so, all you need to do is relax.
Once the session is over, I will slowly bring you back to the room. Once you are up, we can debrief about your experience and talk about next steps or recommendations moving forward.

No, your typical massage and a Reiki session are not the same. Though, I do like to refer to Reiki as a massage for your nervous system. Though you are laying on a table receiving a (typically) hands-on treatment, massage involves muscle manipulation, and Reiki does not.

Full transparency - I was, too. But once I tried it, my life changed forever. If you’re here and you’re reading this, there’s a reason. There’s a part of you interested in learning and experiencing more, so why not give it a try? Do you research and book a consultation with me, but ultimately, you won’t be able to experience the magic of Reiki until you have your first session. And when you do, prepare to have your mind blown.
